Mishka explains that her business was named by her husband because she is "always busy." Her services include:
SASSA grant applications (old age, disability, child grants, and foster care grants) – she assists clients with completing paperwork, certifying documents (she is a Commissioner of Oaths), and submitting applications online, saving them from having to queue at SASSA offices from 3 a.m.
Home visits for elderly or immobile clients who cannot come to her.
Business registrations with CIPC, including SARS tax compliance, B-BBEE certificates, and business bank account setup.
COIDA, UIF, and rezoning applications for property owners who want to trade.
Health certificates for food businesses (certificate of acceptability).

Mishka's heart for service comes from her upbringing in Sir Lowry's Pass, where community support was a way of life, and from watching her father help vulnerable people. She also shares her personal journey: losing her mother's leg to disability, navigating SASSA applications herself, and realizing she could help others avoid the same struggles. A simple Facebook video explaining her services went viral with over one million views, resulting in over 2,000 clients – all successful so far with no declined applications.
