Last year saw Zanele not only host the Black Carpet at the Metro FM Music Awards (MMAs), but also take part in the 30th South African Music Awards (SAMAs) as the “voice of god”, while she also sparked up the South African Film & Television Awards (SAFTAs)’ red carpet. Zanele stunned at all the prestigious awards, dressed in beautiful gowns by Gert-Johan Coetzee (SAFTAs), Otiz Seflo (SAMAs) and Sasa Thabethe (MMAs) that were a spectacle to everyone that witnessed her working in her magic. Zanele is indeed here to break barriers.
Gracefully also juggling the titles of 5FM drive-time radio host, Selimathunzi (HotSPotSeli) television presenter, Expresso Show television presenter and Tropika Island of Treasure television host, Zanele has graceful talent and a brilliant resume that deserves all the recognition. Says a grateful Zanele: “I feel so blessed, God has been so good to me. I have prayed for all these amazing opportunities that are now taking place in my life and I do not take them for granted. I hope you stay on this beautiful entertainment journey with me, because you are who I do it all for, and of course, to honour God with the gifts that He has given me.” Expanding her power moves, Zanele is going the entrepreneurship route with her own clothing line in the works, while also planning to host an event called ‘Mentorship Meetup’, with the purpose of disseminating information to young talent in the entertainment industry and beyond. Zanele is further growing into her power, and is well on her way to becoming a lasting force.
