disease occurs over a long period of time, it is called chronic
kidney disease or CKD for short. Your kidneys help your body
filter waste and excess fluid out of your blood, which are then
stored in your bladder and expelled through urine. With such an
important job, how can we care for our kidneys in order to avoid
CKD?
