Meet the team helping to give Mecayla her smile back

Moneen wrote to us to tell us about her daughter Mecayla who has had issues with her teeth since birth. Mecayla has a second row of teeth on the top that has not only affected her self-esteem but it's taken its toll on her health too. After reading Moneen’s email Ryan gave her a call because we want to give Mecayla her smile back! Operation Smile kindly connected us with Dr. Jean van Lierop who volunteered his services for Mecayla. He also brought in a team of specialists including Dr. Hans Strydom and Dr. Malcolm du Preez.
