Alice Vogt born with Cystic Fibrosis,had a double lung transplant from the age of 23, and again when she was 33.

She is the first person in SA to survive two bi-lateral lung transplants, and has participated in three World Transplant Games. Co-Founder of TELL (Transplant Education for Living Legacies), an organisation created with the aim of raising awareness about organ donation and informing the public of the need to tell their families of their wishes to become organ donors. It also provides a support group on Facebook for patients pre and post organ transplant.
