The chairwoman Deborah Mutemwa-Tumbo (28) and her co-founder and Managing Director Dr Tshepiso Scott (29) have trained more than 100 directors on issues of corporate governance. Recently they have seen large corporates and SOE’s being plagued by issues of corporate governance and as a solution to this TumboScott has partnered up with ULP House founded by Maurice Radebe to hold a workshop on corporate governance.
