Rand dips, but no need to panic

Investec chief economist Annabel Bishop says there is no need to panic because the rand has started off from a stronger point when it weakened recently, than it would have in November last year before the ANC elective conference. The rand reached over R14 to the dollar in November 2017 and recovered following the election of Cyril Ramaphosa in December as ANC president.
