The G&S production of The Wizard Of Oz opened at the Artscape Opera House recently and runs until the 8th October. The evergreen story of Dorothy who is swept away to a magical island to meet the Wizard still enchants young and old and the characters of tin Man, the Scare crow and the Lion accompany Dorothy along the famous yellow brick road.

The director of this production is Roche Buckle and Rodney Trudgeon invited her into the People of Note studio to talk about the production which is certainly visually stunning with beautiful costumes, impressive scenery and actors flying in an out.
