People of Note - Thomas Lange and Wiebke Renner

In December, on Reconciliation Day, Fine Music Radio took a group of listeners to a school in Mitchell’s Plain to hear a concert by the Cape Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. The concert was the culmination of a week of workshops in a discipline called “Resonance Training” which was directed by the conductor Thomas Lange and his assistant Wiebke Renner from Germany. Resonance Training is a sound-oriented body work for professional musicians that apparently enables them to fulfill their musical and artistic potential.
