The family of twin teenagers from Mamelodi is struggling to come to terms with the tragic loss of the boys, who were stabbed to death in their home. According to family members, the devastating incident has left relatives shocked, heartbroken, and searching for answers about what led to the killings.
Speaking to eNCA, the twins' aunt, Kagiso Mogale, said the family is confused about the motive behind the attack. While the victims' mobile phones and a PlayStation 4 console were reportedly taken, the family does not believe the incident was a robbery gone wrong because other valuables in the house were left untouched.
