For the past five years, Mvusuludzo has been using sport, nutrition and education to create opportunities for young people in communities often overlooked by the system. This December, 50 young netball players will take part in their first Three Nations Tour across South Africa, eSwatini and Mozambique. For many, it will be their first time leaving their neighbourhood, let alone crossing an international border.
