With thousands of children across England starting primary school for the first time, we look at the network of specialist NHS weight-loss centres tackling childhood obesity. The World Tonight’s Alice Aylett Roberts gained exclusive access to a clinic, where she meets parents, medical pracitioners and a six-year-old patient.
