The Pitch Your Business Competition Top 20 - Anam Nkontso.

Erin Patience of I Am Youth welcomes Anam Nkontso, one of the Top 20 participants in the Pitch Your Business Competition 2026 — hosted by Radio Pulpit, North West University, and I Am Youth Movement — to the studio. Known online as "the sassy chef," Anam shares her journey from cooking at just nine years old to becoming a head chef in the Western Cape, appearing on national TV cooking competitions along the way. Driven by a God-given vision, she is now building Simply Manna, a faith-based Christian bakery inspired by the words of Matthew 4:4 (KJV) — "man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." It's an inspiring conversation on calling, resilience, and building a business rooted in faith.
