Tshepiso has played a significant role in international productions filmed in South Africa, serving as South African Production Executive on Universal Studios’ Beast, starring Idris Elba and Sharlto Copley, and on Sony Pictures’ The Woman King, starring Viola Davis and Thuso Mbedu.

In 2018, she co-founded Known Associates Entertainment, later reacquiring full ownership and purchasing Moonlighting Films, one of South Africa’s leading film and television servicing companies. Through Known Associates Entertainment, she has produced major screen projects including uBettina Wethu, ETV’s first EVOD feature Atlantis, John Barker’s The Umbrella Man, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, and Fabian Medea’s Wild Is The Wind, which premiered on Netflix. She also produced Dear Sis Dolly, a South African comedy-drama released in Nu Metro cinemas in July 2026.
