Is downtown Saskatoon still safe for business?

Concerns about Downtown Saskatoon are growing, with viral posts about the condition of Midtown Mall and controversial social media videos on shoplifting. Prairie Harm Reduction is also facing serious financial strain due to the high level of services they’re providing. It all paints a picture of a downtown under stress.
