There’s growing speculation that Prime Minister Mark Carney could call a snap election. It follows recent government moves like major affordability announcements and his well-received speech at Davos. When asked Monday whether Canadians could be heading to the polls this spring, Carney sidestepped the question, saying , “What we’re focused on is solutions for Canadians.” So — is an election on the horizon?
