South Africa’s ecommerce sector has exploded from just 1% to nearly 10% of retail sales in five years and according to a new report by the Ecommerce Forum South Africa (EFSA), we’ve only scratched the surface. With township economies worth over R900 billion, the potential to drive inclusive, digitally powered growth is enormous.
