Saskatchewan farmers are wrapping up with the final bundles of their harvest season, but the season isn't so far behind them that they can forget the hard work that has gone into their yields this year, or in years past. Worldwide, farmers are reportedly losing almost half of their crops to various insects. Researcher Dr. Justin Pahara with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is now part of exploring how nanotechnology can work to target "bad" bugs without harming helpful insects or crops. He joins Evan to discuss the progress being made on that front.
