An 11-year-old boy from a farm outside Thabazimbi in Limpopo accidentally shot and killed a farm worker while attempting to shoot at guinea fowl. According to police, the boy was handling a firearm when it discharged, fatally wounding a man in his thirties who was later declared dead at the scene. The tragedy unfolded early on Saturday morning, drawing emergency services and law enforcement to the farm. The incident raised serious concerns about how the firearm came into the child’s possession.
