Today, we commemorated World Suicide Prevention Day and had the honour of being joined by Olwethu Kwaza from SADAG (The South African Depression and Anxiety Group). Olwethu shared valuable insights about the organization and its main purpose. She also addressed an important issue — many people often don’t know how to respond when someone expresses suicidal thoughts — and provided us with guidance on how to handle such situations with care and understanding.
