MTN Group reports a strong set of results as the telecoms giant recovers.

MTN has lifted its medium-term guidance after reporting a powerful set of results for the six months to June. The group’s EBITDA surged 60.6% to R46.65bn, headline earnings swung to 645c per share from a loss last year, and service revenue jumped 23.2% to R105.1bn.
