The Proteas returned to winning ways with a seven-wicket victory over Zimbabwe in the T20 International Tri-Series being played in Harare.
Zimbabwe batted first at the Harare Sports Club and were restricted to 144/6 in their 20 overs, with Brian Bennett scoring 61 and Ryan Burl adding 36.
In reply, North West Dragons batter Rubin Hermann recorded his maiden international fifty with a knock of 63 off 36 balls, while captain Rassie van der Dussen remained unbeaten on 52 as they chased down the target with 16 balls to spare.
