Adapting to the conditions will be key for the Proteas Women ahead of their second game of the One-Day International Tri-Series being played in Sri Lanka.
Friday the Proteas lost their second game of the series when they lost by 5 wickets to the hosts Sri Lanka in Colombo.
The matches saw the Proteas struggling in the heat and humidity and the young wicketkeeper Karabo Meso was also replaced in the match due to heat exhaustion.
The experienced all-rounder Nadine de Klerk said as tough as it is, adapting will be important.
