SASSA gold cards to remain active beyond 31 May: Postbank

Postbank has confirmed that the South African Social Security Agency (Sassa) gold cards will remain active and functional beyond the 31st of next month. It says the aim is to ensure that beneficiaries who have not transitioned from the gold to black cards have uninterrupted access to social grants. This means beneficiaries can still withdraw cash and make purchases. Phemelo speaks to Postbank’s Chief Commercial Officer, Thami Cele.
