If your hair forms an important part of your outer appearance, it can feel a bit unsettling when you notice hair loss, or hair thinning. With advice galore from social media influencers, hair care entrepreneurs, and product labels, it can be tough to know exactly what's fact and what's fiction. Some will say that the cause of hair loss is mostly due to age or genetics, and that this is just a natural part of the age process. Is that always the case though? With some hair loss being temporary and others being permanent hair loss, how can we tell the difference? And can something be done if the hair loss is permanent? Dr Kashmal Kalan, Director at Alvi Armani helps understand hair loss. Take a listen!
