Rwanda vows to defend itself against FDLR threat

The Rwanda-backed M23 rebel group handed over FDLR fighters to Kigali. They say leaders of the Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) leaders were involved in the 1994 Rwandan genocide. The Congolese government dismissed the claims as "fabricated."
