Major League Rugby is depowering the scrum. The new season has just started and the league has introduced law variations aimed at having fewer scrums in games. This should be of concern from a Springbok point of view because it could of course spill over into the wider, global game, not to mention the fact that several South Africans play and coach in MLR and many might have Springbok aspirations in the future. In this episode, Peter breaks down exactly what is going on and tries to paint a more positive picture of Major League Rugby ... at least for now.
