Is somebody out to sabotage Mayor Dada Morero?

The City of Johannesburg has issued a statement regarding a story that appeared on The Star a few days ago. According to the newspaper, an audio clip was recorded in a clandestine meeting where two Members of the Mayoral Committee, two ANC officials, and a Rand Water official allegedly discussing strategies on destabilising the Mayor's leadership., by "shutting down water from Joburg as long as possible." The team discussed the sabotage allegations, the old water infrastructure, as well as the Morero's competency as a Mayor.
