With Dezemba in full swing, many organizations, companies and groups are closing off their activities for the year with Year-End Functions. People are appointed within these teams to organize a function that will give everyone a good time to let go of all the stress of the year, a moment to celebrate their achievements and honour hard work, and a team building moment. Sometimes organizers get it right and the event is loved by all! However, sometimes, organizers don’t get it right.
