The Sowetan reports on its front-page story this morning that Limpopo municipalities blew R280m on financial consultants in the past auditing year. Sizwe Dhlomo invited Chartered Accountant, Khaya Sithole, to help make sense of how this could happen. They also spoke about the where responsibility of Auditor General ends in trying to remedy the situation.
