Louzanne Coetzee - Qualifying for T11 1500m final

The blind runner from Bloemfontein, Louzanne Coetzee, will be running in the final of the T11 1500m at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris this morning.
Yesterday, the 31-year-old silver medallist from the Tokyo Games ran the second fastest time in the heats and a season’s best to cruise into the final.
While she was second in the third heat, her time of 4:45.25 was the second fastest overall and right on the heels of the winning time of 4:44.66 by Shanshan He of China.
