Reeva moved to Perth, Australia, with her husband and baby

Episode 1 is in the can on this, the world's fastest production schedule. I was overwhelmed by the immediate response to the show trailer and announcement post and resolved to get as many interviews done, as quickly as possible. Reeva Cutting popped up on my list and became the pilot interview of the show.
Reeva is an old friend of mine who spent 9 or so years in the UK, and then settled in Perth, where she lives with her husband and primary-school-aged son.
She's the perfect 1st interview for this show because it turns out she has a blog called Proudly South African in Perth, as well as a Facebook Group (search for "Proudly South African in Perth and WA). Her blog is packed with information for those who are interested in emigrating to Perth and Oz in general, and you can join her Facebook Group even if you're not living there. Apparently it's a supportive community who are happy to help and answer questions, so if you're serious about Perth, definitely check it out.
You can support this show by supporting Luggage Warehouse, the business my father started in the 80s, and my brother currently helms.
Two products of particular interest for emigration-curious South Africans: Build-a-Set and Luggage Glove.
If you need luggage, accessories, handbags, leather goods, noise-cancelling headphones and other awesome travel stuff, please check out Luggage Warehouse. We deliver nationwide and are just better than the competition.
