A dispute over ice time at Regina’s Brandt Centre is so contentious, it is being brought to the floor of Regina City Council this week. A deal made between the Regina Exhibition Association Ltd. (REAL) and a new private minor hockey program, Young Guns Hockey Academy, over hockey at the Brandt Centre has senior men’s hockey players - and others - frustrated over ice time and availability.
