Speaking to Nghamula Cahuke, Psychologist Granny Hlongwane who is a Specialist Wellness Counsellor says unlike women, men do not have much pressure in terms of impressing the in-laws. Hlongwane says what is needed from them is only the financial ability to take care of the wife and the kids, if any. She says usually men get respect and recognition from their in laws if they are financially stable.
