At the end of June, and following his inauguration, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa met with President Bola Tinubu of Nigeria for bilateral talks between the two nations. The former emphasised that understanding and partnership between South Africa and Nigeria is critical for the success of the African continent. With the advent of social media, geopolitics have found another space for discussion.
