Ntshangase's drive stemmed from showcasing railway maintenance skills and breaking industry stereotypes.

Overcoming initial hurdles of accessing major companies required understanding their culture and demonstrating expertise. Despite economic contributions, sourcing skilled labour from communities remains a challenge.
