This week on The Scene - Join join special guest host Marcia Lorance as she meets with President of the Cookeville Theatre Company Kathleen Gilpatrick & Dean of the College of Fine Arts Jennifer Shank to talk about the Second Annual Arty Gras Festival. They touch on why it is important to showcase the work in the College of Fine Arts, costume suggestions for people to dress up  to express that individuality aspect of the event, and more behind the event with some of the people that Kathleen and Jennifer reached out to for help.
