Die Namakwalandse Kamer van Koophandel in vennootskap met die Nama-Khoi Plaaslike Munisipaliteit in die Noord-Kaap doen 'n beroep op die Suid-Afrikaanse Inkomstediens (SAID) om 'n satellietkantoor in Springbok teen middel 2024 te bou. Franklin Meyer, uitvoerende lid van die Namakwalandse Sakekamer, sê aan OFM Sakeuur dat sake-eienaars en inwoners minstens 350 km moet reis om toegang tot die naaste SAID-takke te verkry. Hoewel meeste sake aanlyn gedoen kan word is dit soms nodig om ’n tak te besoek.
