Sun Xa Experiment is an Ancestral spiritual Avant garde out the box group hailing from Gauteng and Durban South Africa born in 2014.

Their name is derived from the histories of Sun Ra's Arkestra and their collaboration with South African Spiritual Jazz Legend Ndikho Xaba including the Khoisan interpretation of Ra which means "Out" Who have just returned returned from Dar Es Salaam and are launching their new self titled project on the 29th of October 2023.
