How to help kids struggling with mental health issues

In 2023, kids are facing new challenges that older generations have never had to consider such as cyberbullying and the other negative effects social media can have. With exams and other end-of-the-year stresses creeping closer, we want to help parents, guardians or any other adults who want to be a safe space for kids who might be struggling. Speaking to Toby Fricker, Chief of Communication & Partnerships at UNICEF South Africa, he provided some important and educational answers, as well as some tools for adults looking to help the youth.
