What’s the first thing Carmen needs to learn when riding a bicycle?

Darren and Sky thought they'd make this a teaching experience by acquiring a bike to make sure she (Carmen) learns how to ride the bike. However, the first thing we need to teach Carmen to ride a bicycle, is an actual bicycle. So on the line this morning we have Greg Albert, a bike riding teacher!
