He says the department of education is beholden to corrupt service providers who stand to make money out the assessments at the expense of schoolchildren. He says the education bureaucracy is South Africa’s biggest challenge to providing good quality education, and says citizens should be wary of the China/ South Africa trade deals that have been linked to education.
