Burnout | Do you know what your body is communicating to you?

--:--
Have you ever felt helpless, trapped, hopeless, resentful, detached, disillusioned, cynical, withdrawal from responsibilities, procrastinating with a negative outlook and completely exhausted? You may be on the road to Burnout.

It's a state of emotional, physical and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. Burnout tangles and weaves into every area of life including your work, home and social life. These feelings cause body reactions leaving you vulnerable to illness. Signs and symptoms are subtle at first and worsen when not addressed.

Our guest Kathy Mann, author of two books on Avoiding Burnout "The Seven Principles of Self Preservation" and Harnessing Stress "Blending The Wisdom of Everyday People with Expert Advice", takes us through her journey on burnout self-discovery. She endured a great loss of pain, discomfort, self-identity and time passing her by before coming out of the fog. Today her best life is characterised by joy, vibrancy and optimism.
She unpacks how the Burnout experience was a catalyst to fix her life. Kathy changed her lifestyle and could not return to the environment that broke her. She followed her passion and connected with the things that brought her flow. Her tools will help you find your flow.
