When something happens to you, someone you love, trust and feel emetically entitled to, does something you didn’t anticipate and you’re left questioning their loyalty, you tend to react in a way that perhaps tries to also make them feel what you feel and sometimes depending on how deeply you're hurt, you can end up really hurting others in the process.

How far can we go in retaliating and where’s the thin line between valid reaction to pan and actually causing pain ourselves?

Have you ever reacted to pain or being hurt, in a way that’s even more hurtful to that person or other people, or when someone hurts you, it’s fair game?
