South Africa has been experiencing load shedding since probably around 2007 or so. There’s been years the roll outs were fewer than other years but in the last few years we’ve literally navigated in the dark.
Lately it’s really even a joke to think or imagine a life without power cuts because now it’s become a daily thing that we have to navigate around.
