Worm farming has the potential to alleviate poverty in rural communities. That is according to Ephraim Tshobeka, a lecturer at the Central University of Technology. In a two-part interview, Tshobeka, who is also called the “grandfather of worms” speaks to OFM News’ Elsabé Richard-May about the importance of worms in especially the grains production space, as well as how to start farming with them.
