Shortly after announcing the sale of the football club, the owner Roman Abramovich was sanctioned from the UK government. He is now banned from transactions with UK individuals and businesses and Chelsea has been given special licence to continue to operate; only existing ticket holders can attend games. A lot is happening - all this because Abramovich is believed to be a Russian oligarch. Sky Tshabalala respects the man and how tactfully he's managed to create one of the world's best teams. Nevertheless he shares his take about the sanctions in this regard
