Rodney Trudgeon's guest on People of Note this week is violinist David Juritz. He is in demand as a chamber music artist and is a prolific arranger. His career has taken him to many interesting places. In 2007, he travelled around the world. On the 60 000 mile journey through six continents, he paid for the entire trip with his busking earnings by playing Bach on the street. David will be opening the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra's Summer Symphony Season when he performs Mozart’s Violin Concert No. 5 in A, K 219 on 20 January at 6 pm. People of Note is on Sunday at 6 pm with a repeat broadcast on Thursday at 12 noon.
