Tiger Brands Recalls 20 Million Canned Koo And Hugo Vegetable Brands

Food manufacturer Tiger Brands has announced the recall of 20 million canned KOO and Hugo vegetable brands due to a leak. The company made the announcement on Monday morning, saying the leak is caused by a defective side seam weld. Tiger Brands says the financial impact of the recall is estimated at between R500 million and R650 million.
