Considering the fact that 2020 was clearly a trailer for the horror movie that is 2021. It's not selfish to take care of yourself so we should be putting self-care on the top of the list.

But not everyone can go to therapy and there are some things that can create the same therapeutic feeling.

Stacey came to this realisation over the weekend that there are some habits she has that could be considered therapy.
